ONE
You’re following generic advice and throwing spaghetti at the wall hoping it will stick.
I see this happen with women all the time. They search for the latest fitness trend, diet plan, or look to see what their favorite influencer is doing and assume they should do it too, not truly understanding if this even fits their goals, ideal lifestyle, current health status, or their own personal metabolic blueprint. When it comes to health and metabolism, we each have a unique blueprint that is shaped by our current and former dietary decisions, exercise regimen, lifestyle practices, and thoughts and emotions. This is why so many generic plans fail, especially in the long term. You are a unique individual with your own health story and your program should be reflective of that.

You’re not addressing the root cause of your issues.
Difficulty losing weight, hormone imbalances, chronic bloating, fatigue, and any other health issue isn’t your actual problem, but rather a symptom that your body is using in order to send you a message. Treating symptoms is only putting a band-aid on the real issue, and when you use surface level practices you will get surface level results. The key to a true transformation that actually lasts is to find the root cause of your symptoms and address those causes first and foremost.

Your mindset is blocking you from achieving success.
The body will achieve what the mind believes. So often I see women trapped in self sabotage and limiting beliefs when it comes to what they can accomplish with their health transformation. Because the women I so frequently serve are high achieving, driven, professional women, there is the mindset that we have to be perfect and put everyone and everything before ourselves in order to succeed in life. This is the hustle culture at its finest and it’s pretty toxic when it comes to feeling and looking your best. In order to become the best version of ourselves physically and mentally, we must adopt a mindset rooted in consistency over perfection and the continued drive to prioritize our own health and well being above all else.

FOUR
You’re solely relying on eating less and moving more.
Constantly cutting calories or entire food groups, following generic 1200 calorie meal plans, and doing exercise that consists almost entirely of cardio is only going to get you so far, and can actually be counterproductive in the long-term. You see, your metabolism is adaptive and is designed to work extremely efficiently when needed, so when you’re constantly dieting and engaging in activity that leads to breakdown of muscle proteins, you’re signaling to your metabolism that it needs to become more efficient and burn fewer calories, thus making it harder to lose weight, build muscle, and can lead to an increase in stress hormones and dysregulation of sex and thyroid hormones… You basically want to avoid this at all costs.

All nutrition plans offer flexible guidelines so you can still enjoy foods that you love, while teaching you how to nourish your body and metabolism from the inside out.

You will have custom workouts designed and created to fit your goals, needs, schedule, and workout location (gym vs. home) delivered daily via my fitness app. Within the app, you will have access to demo videos, exercise instructions, modifications & progressions, and the ability to track your progress so you can make sure that you’re constantly progressing!

Custom Health & Lifestyle Protocol
Nutrition and exercise are only two pieces to the health puzzle and necessary lifestyle changes should also be addressed, including stress management, daily detoxification support, daily habits for success, etc. We will audit your current lifestyle and create a series of action steps and habits to begin implementing to support your best body, mind, and life.

Custom Supplement Recommendations
Supplements can be extremely helpful to fill in gaps that we may not be getting from our diet alone and can give the body that much needed support to initiate self healing. However, supplements should be taken appropriately and strategically based on your goals and current health status/challenges. In addition to nutrition and exercise, you will receive a customized list of recommended supplements based on your current and desired physiological status.

When it comes to transforming your body and health, the two biggest determinants of success are strategy and mindset. You will have all of the tools and strategy that you need to succeed, but it’s up to you to put in the work to create a mindset that supports your goals… but don’t worry, you’re not alone! You will receive all of the tools needed to set achievable, action oriented goals, identify your current obstacles and limiting beliefs, overcome these blocks, and create a strong mindset that will support you in every area of life. Using my 4U (“For You”) process, we will uncover your limiting beliefs, unlearn them, unite our current reality with more supportive beliefs, and uplevel your mindset and as a byproduct your entire life.

Coaching and Support
You receive access to unlimited text support throughout the week, plus weekly check ins each Monday where we will track progress and assess biofeedback to ensure that our plan is still moving us in the desired direction. Additionally, you will receive two private check in calls monthly for additional mindset support, life coaching, and to support you further in your health journey.
